Thanks for the background. To be honest with you, there were so many extreme charges on both sides, and so many miles coming between me and the truth, that I've never been able to formulate a judgment on the wars in the former Yugoslavia. Heck, I can't even keep the borders and names straight. (The media used to say "Bosnia-Herzegovina," but you never hear "Herzegovina" anymore.)

The only thing that is starting to crystallize for me, is that there is some kind of international connection between Moslem fighters and terrorists in Eastern Europe, and the Mideast.
