So, if someone I hunt with a lot borrows a gun from me one day and kills someone, accidently or not or whatever, will the sherrif be knocking on my door?

If a thief breaks into my house while I'm on vacation and steals my pistol, then shoots someone with it, will I be charged?

If I go hunting and somehow lose a gun, and someone later finds it and kills somebody - is that my fault?

What a load.

Your answer is probably yes, yes and yes - if you live in Kommiefornia, Maryland, Washington DC or New Yawk City.

If you live someplace else, the answer is "maybe".
