even after he has attacked Israeli civilians and ambulances for seven days.

These new killings by terrorists, unleashed by Sec. of State Powell and his demands,
ended ~nine days of relative peace in Israel with the PA terrorists on the run,
only defended by proterrorists around the world and Sec. Powell
who demanded the forces of freedom stop midway (like the Gulf War).

Operation Enduring Freedom is the American operation and it appears you are attempting to tie the two together.

They should be tied together. They are one in the same. A war on terrorism has to include Arafat's gang of thugs.
