I don't give a crap if thermobaric bombs do violate international law. The people who moan that America is violating international law have have a way of going silent real quick when the discussion turns to the killing of Danny Pearl or the use of a 10-year-old kid to blow up Israeli soldiers today.

"Terrorists", by definition, are not covered by the laws of war.
They are the modern day equivalent of pirates of yore,
who were declared to "be the enemy of all civilized men"

Can someone explain why a 2 stage weapon constitutes a weapon of mass destruction? Is this a treaty technicality? It would seem (to my literally oriented brain) that a WMD is one that causes massive destruction regardless of how many stages it uses.

I agree, the idea in war is to kill the other guy before he can kill you. Who cares how your enemy died, the important thing is that he is dead and that he died before he could kill you or yours.

Maybe they should demo it at the AJC headquarters.

This nonsense reminds me of the idiotic controversy over the neutron bomb some years ago; some whackheads considered that to be an immoral weapon because it was designed to kill people but leave structures and vehicles relatively intact. As opposed to "moral" conventional nuclear weapons. What nimrods!

Since when do we have to defend our use of a bomb in war? I can almost see it if we had used some nerve or other chemical/bioligical weapon - sure we would have some explaining to do...but this....
More liberal media that is with the Terrorists....
