Sec. Powell said on Sunday that Israel is a "soverign" nation. If the White House understands that, then there is more going on than meets the eye. Bush and Sharon may appear to be jostling for power, but I believe it's all for show.

I hope so. I've been really down on GW Bush over this. I hope it's part of a brilliant strategy and I'm just not seeing his angle. In the last 3 days, I've gotten really disappointed with him.
