What does it mean to you to be an American anyway? I've been wondering the same thing after reading Buckeroo's posts myself...so far I think his (??) points have been:
- No taxes ? (for anyone ? or just for a select few ?)
- The Constitution is sacred above all else
- Isolationist ?
- No big government (yep--I agree-but I have patience and hope)
- The US has no right to bother with other sovereign nations or try to solve any of the troubles of the world -- let someone else handle it (who ?)
- The congress has to agree to war with Iraq
- CFR and Amnesty (which it is not-he's a little off target on this one) are a symbol of the New World Order ?
- Leave our guns alone (okay-I agree there)
- The government wants to take pictures of me in my bedroom (sadly, they'd probably be quite disappointed in my pics)
Libertarian ?? Buchannon supporter ?? Disruptor ??
Buckeroo, I find myself wondering if you really understand what the cost of Freedom means -- or what it would be like to live in a society that does not allow personal freedoms. Where in the world is there a better system to live under? France ? China ? Iraq ? Do you have any idea how difficult it will be to find solutions to all these horrid "problems" you've outlined here ? Don't you think the President is trying, but perhaps knows just a little more about how to get things done ?

The government wants to take pictures of me in my bedroom (sadly, they'd probably be quite disappointed in my pics)LOL!! This was one of his points (?) I believe. Somehow, I seriously doubt that anyone in the government wants to take pictures in any of our bedrooms! What does it say about someone who thinks it does?! Talk about paranoia!
And I still say, Somalia would be the perfect place.......no government at all there.

I think he's either Buchanan or one of his supporters. I seem to remember him from the campaign. He was always bashing Bush about everything. I sincerely doubt he ever voted for Bush.
