Perhaps, we need a promotion, like the one that was run for milk. Instead of "Got Milk", we could have "GOT GRITS?
Gourmet grits are all the rage these days. Sorta like Italian polenta. Emeril even serves grits in some of his fancy restaurant. It seems to go especially well with shrimp or seafood.
On the left is shrimp and grits, on the right is encrusted lobster with grits. On the bottom are Vidalia onions. They should be coming to market soon. Can't wait. Love those sweet onions from Georgia...
