You've got it backwards...DST gives you more daylight hours in the evening and fewer in the morning. It's be darker tomorrow morning when you get up than it was to day at the same time.

I once made the mistake of turning my clock back one hour at daylight savings time. Talk about confused, It was the most discombobulated day of my life.

Right; I get out of work in the evening, not the morning, so during standard time it's darker than in daylight time.
