Works for me. Sorry you had to go through this mess though. People can get so ugly.

I have often wondered why some Conservative organization has not rallied to the cause. This would seem to be a tailor-made issue for organizations on the right.

Well, Free Republic itself is a pretty large organization.

Me, too, "hoping for the best."

What you and your family have been put through is unreal. I don't think anyone, least of all the attorneys and insurance adjustors about here, can appreciate it. The institutional litigants don't always win. They usually do, but not always.

I know what it is to be broke. That don't make losing in court any less a loss.

Patrick Henry **bump**

And for the Disney copyright "public takings" laws, a swift, and hearty **kick in the ass** bump
(you, too, WP/LAT/AP/Mark Twain).

P.S. If this fails, JimRob, I will personally nail a copy of the judgement to the forehead of whoever is Kate's heir over at Fifteenth St., Wash DC, just the same way as King George's Proclamations were nailed to the colonists' trees.

It's time to consider leveling the playing field. They've got big corporate sponsors, we don't. That means they've got money coming out of places I won't describe, and we don't.

I can imagine both you and John seated behind the wheel of the latest Viper before the first Dodge banner hits the home page. Fight fire with fire. Free speech shouldn't cost a dime but these 'news organizations' insist otherwise. I say take it to them on their terms, go commercial and kick their sorry socialist arses as only a Free Republic can.

I can see the Chevy/Ford/Dodge now, turning laps at Nascar with the Free Republic plastered on the hood, driven by........ a guy named Jim.

Still waiting on the court. It's back in Morrow's hands.
