No need, Israel already has the Golan Heights seeded with Enhanced Radiation Warheads (Neutron bombs) in preparation for a Syrian invasion. I believe that they could be remotely detonated when necessary or desired. Based on articles that I have read in the past, it was Israel that was first to develop them, not the U.S. because they realized that they would use them in close quarters.

Israel had at one time over 400 warheads and currently is believed to possess 800 of them. As to what the percentage is as to being missile, bombs, artillery, land mine, etc i have no idea.

Don't think so. Nukes of this size are customarily fired from artillary or aircraft, beats the heck out of leaving little armed nuclear weapons laying all over the place.
