Actually this was a photo of Jhonny Jihad before he became a Jihader.
On a visit to his homosexual dad's apartment in SF, he had his dad strap him into his dad's favorite sex enhancement tool. Later he became Johnny Jihad and went off to be a typical left wing maggot traitor, who hates America!
This photo has nothing to do with his capture as a traitor and murderer in Afghanistan.

We should have given this traitor Versed IV while he was on that Marine cot to find out what he knew.
Then, we should have turned him over to the Afghans who lost friends and relatives fighting Jihad Johnnies allies. They would handled him and it would be over now. He would be fertilizing this springs plant growth over there.
