In light of this evidence, not only should Arafat not be exiled, he should be arrested and tried in a court of law for premeditated murder and war crimes, intentionally targeting civilian non-combattants.

For the State Dept. to coddle Arafat is an affront to every principle of justice. It is despicable, and makes a mockery of the U.S. war against terror.
