Anyone who doesn't want to get hurt should have the decency to knock when entering another person's house.

Agree completely. I can't think of any justification for no-knock warrants, except MAYBE to prevent imminent loss of life of an abductee, for example. Otherwise, the risk is just not justified.

This started years ago because of raids on drug houses. Police kept saying that perps were flushing drugs down the toilet while they were serving warrants. No evidence- no conviction.

SOLUTION: No Knock Warrants. It has morphed into what we have now- police shooting innocents at the wrong address and criminals copying the police methods.

Time to do away with illegal "No Knock Warrants".

I for one will greet any dynamic entry to my home with some well placed shots. I shoot two center of mass followed by one center of face. I have many times had police officers knock on my door and I have always invited them in. The only problem they face is getting dog hair on their uniform while I am pouring the coffee.

If someone ever came up with a warrant then I would of course cooperate with that warrant. Of course at present I can think of no reason for any warrant to be issued for my home, but mistakes do happen.

AS a Side note I would suggest that every person who is armed print off a copy of this article it may prove useful should you ever have to shoot in self defense.

Stay well - Stay safe - Stay armed - Yorktown
