Concerns that the Sears Tower in Chicago is at high risk for a terrorist attack will prevent a group of Colonial School District students from going to the city for a national competition.
Eighteen members of the Business Professionals of America chapter at William Penn High School in New Castle did well enough in a state competition in Dover on Feb. 28 and March 1 to qualify for the national contest. The organization prepares students to become business leaders, and its competition tests skills such as job interviewing, accounting and Web site development.
