Last week state officials released - for the first time - a racial breakdown of this year's scores on state exams for fourth and eighth graders.

The $64 million question is: Why?

In all likelihood, there's a $64 million (or billion?) answer - with the money coming from your pocket.

There is only one answer. Shoot the Asian kids. They keep refuting leftist sociological theories with defiance, ruining everything. This is an insult that can not be allowed to continue.

I'm told Black male students are under considerable pressure from other Black males to under-achieve : and are accused of " trying to act White " if they do well in school.
Black females do fairly well-my source says- because they are not subjected to the same pressures.Black gays also score well, because the prevailing Black make culture considers them " beyond consideration " anyway.

As might be expected, the community blames it on the teachers, and the teachers blame it on shortage of money...

There will always be differences in test scores when you break them apart by race, just as there will always be differences in heart disease rates, average height, weight, etc. It amazes me that people who believe in evolution have no trouble thinking that our brains could evolve from chimps to upright humans, yet during tens of thousands of years of evolution in wildly different environments, every single human population had exactly the same changes or none at all in the human brain. The odds of such an event occurring are so astronomically slim that they wouldn't even be worth considering were it not for the warm fuzzy feelings of egalitarianism they grant us. if you look at it from a detached, scientific standpoint, the politically correct assumptions are ludicrous.

This is not to say that any race is dumb or any race is geniuses, merely that there are tangible genetic differences and when you tabulate the data for millions of people and sort them purely by race, you will see differences. I resent that the automatic cause of minority underperformance is assumed to be oppression by whites, and then the clarion call is sounded to soak the taxpayers for more money.

$13,000/student? For a class of 25, that's $325,000. $50,000 for the teacher, $50,000 for administration and support staff, $25,000 for books, band uniforms, etc., and $50,000 for building and maintainence leaves only $150,000 for graft.
And that's not enough?

I doubt that any genetic differences would be statistically significant, like the differences between normal right-handers and those lazy, no-good, unscrupulous Southpaws. =^)

The real source for the gap is, say it with me, c-u-l-t-u-r-a-l. Those students who fall for the 'books ain't cool', 'good grades = acting white', 'get yours when you can', and 'actively disrespect and disrupt authority figures at all times' mantras will invariably do worse academically. Inner-city/urban culture espouses these concepts, and the children of every ethnic make-up who live by them comprise the majority of the bottom quartile of the test scores.

The only workable solution isn't to 'shoot the asian kids', it's to force a statistical balance in the ethnic make-up of those who wear 'dew-rags', listen to rap music 12 hours per day, stay up past midnight without parental supervision, and aggressively project their personal choices in public (booming music, loud conversation, immediate confrontational stance upon eye-contact, intentionally distracting clothing/make-up/tattos/piercings).

"Ma'am, we're going to have to take your child, dress her in a low-cut and clingy shirt, and bring her downtown to hang out and return after you've gone to sleep. There are not enough white children supporting the gansta-rap lifestyle in this community, and we simply MUST have balance! It's only fair. It's for the children, after all."
