Are you living with a big local forum message atop every screen? Or did you find a way to kill yours without delisting from your state?
I gave up and resigned from West Virginia. (Guess I'd better stop viewing family reunions as a great way to pick up girls.)

Does anyone know how this gets turned on and off?

I also resigned but from NC. This improved the 'cluttered' look of the new format.
One thing I am having trouble with is keeping it on Eastern time. When I log back on it reverts to Pacific time. Help anyone?

Are you living with a big local forum message atop every screen? It was different each time, and then I went to my locale page and after that there were no more. I guess they got marked as "read." I assume new ones will show up again.
