There was a story in the San Diego newspaper a couple of days ago, talking about how California got $135 million from the feds to reimburse it for all the special-ed money that the local governments have had to pay out to meet federal mandates. Davis seized that money and stuck it in the general fund to help balance his huge budget deficit. The local schools that laid out the money in the first place got squat. That's the kind of governance we've been getting and that Davis thinks we should have more of.

John, if you can this story of how Davis stiffed the schools to put the money in the general funds, please post it.
I'm sure that if we knew how much looting Davis and his band of tax and spend thieves in the legislature have taken this past year from schools and other areas to send checks to the dark side voting cult members, we would be stunned.

How about an ad about Davis stealing money targeted for the "children," special education no less, to cover up for Davis energy crisis? Bring it on!
