I'm a 5'10" male. Right around the 2000 election resolution in December, I weighed 228 pounds. I went on a diet then, and got down to 189. Then my marriage fell apart, and I put most of that back on. I'm now 167 pounds, so technically I've lost 61 pounds from my high weight. And would like to lose another few before my vacation to Australia in two weeks. I'm 30 years old, and have never left North America before. Maybe I'll spot a giant octopus as the plane takes off from my connection in Auckland, NZ! (Sorry, that was my pathetic attempt to make this reply on-topic).
