According to the city's top health official, John Auerbach, the city was spending $30,000 per month during the discovery phase of the case. He could not give the total amount spent.

Your tax dollars at work.

...the gun industry's decision to include free locking devices with each firearm.

If you believe anything's free in life then you've been working in government waaaaaaaay too long.

That is the sign of a good lawyer. Not giving up because your wrong, but when you know you can't win andyou can't make any money at it anymore.

"Under extreme pressure from our suit and others like it, the industry is starting to take small steps to address our concerns of safety and education," the mayor said. "We're not there yet, but it's a move in the right direction."

A spinner is just a paid liar.

There has never been a incident where a gun jumped off a shelf and ran around killing people.

Hence, why not put the people in jail, and stop blaming guns for stupid people behavior?

Go www.goal.org and read about how the MA AG lied when he unilaterally and unconstitutionally banned new gun purchases under "consumer safety" law.

When all these suits started I sent a note to NSSF and suggested that they organize the manufacturors and have them not sell any ammo, gun parts or guns to the entity that had filed the suit.

When they ran out of ammo, could not repair their guns or could not buy new ones, maybe they would drop the suit.
