de-nazify syria, lebanon, the west bank, gaza, and Iran

Ha! At this point, I think that de-nazify means de-populate. I suppose that "ethnic cleansing" (gently moving the arab populations out) of Gaza and the West Bank combined with regime changes in Syria and Iraq would be a huge change for the better.

Secretary of State Colin Powell (news - web sites) urged Arafat to go on television and demand an end to attacks against Israelis. The attacks endanger any negotiations toward a Palestinian state, Powell said.

"This sort of activity and the tolerance of this sort of activity will destroy the very vision the Palestinian Authority stands for and Chairman Arafat says he's committed to," Powell said in Washington.
