Take this as rumor
The November edition will include an extended cut of the movie with approximately a half-hour of additional scenes (which would earn the film an R rating), and about six hours of supplemental features on two of the supplemental discs.

Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!
LOTR should have gotten the Oscar for best pic. They wuz robbed. (However, I also admire A Beautiful Mind and congratulate Ron Howard for making this fine movie. But I still think LOTR should've won.)

Here is the big news, I am sure that the Ring list will want to be Pinged!

Stop telling the hobbits what to do.
To: Texaggie79
C'mon, lighten up! I'm surprised this isn't in Breaking News!
Live long and prosper and trust the Force, Luke
To: socal_parrot
lighten up? What if there are hobbits who only come to FR for LOTR discussions and they can't find this because it is in the wrong place?
To: Texaggie79
To the hobbits, this is News/Activism.
Nanu Nanu

Tim isn't here now.

My bad.
But this damn ring keeps making my hand disappear while I type.
It's very hard to concentrate, but I did in fact check/select many of the GI Topics.
The choices seem to have disappeared like my hand.

You catch my drift. The quicker we start following the new format, the quicker people will learn it.

Good, maybe the MEAN mod will start moving all these threads over to where they belong.
To: Texaggie79

Dave. We're all mods now. Didn't you get the memo?
To: TD911
Nice, very nice.
There's only one thing missing from the list of features: the movie itself :-)
To: TD911
How does one obtain an "R" rating for the LOTR? I've read ALL of Tolkien's books and have yet to see anything in them that was of "R" characteristic.
