I guess that depends on what his definition of "was" was.

Why do the Democrats get someone who will indict a paperclip and release the news just before election and we get a cover-up artist who cannot find anything wrong with a traitor, a rapist, a drug addict, a peculator?

I am still angry with the Republic senators and many House leaders for being so cowardly.
