You forgot the Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management. They've turned themselves into armed protectors of the environment.

Actually some of their franchises up here and in particuliar off of I5 north are well run and clean. We only get the grilled chicken sandwiches.

The problem is that some times hunger strikes, and it's the BK off of I5 or it for a long way to any other food choices!

Got some feedback from two off and on again female semi veggiterists (their religion) re the Burger King Peta Burger. They actually went to Burger King to support it and Peta with the new Peta Burger.

They hated it! Neither of them finished it. They were hungry and took the Peta Burgers back and exchanged them for the grilled chicken. They don't know each other and bought the Peta Peat Moss burgers in different cities.

You can look at the right wing — at the abortion-doctor killings, at the Olympic Park bombing — these are attacks that should be considered terrorism.

Agreed. And so are the acts of ALF/ELF.

"The rationalization of ecoterrorists is no different from the al Qaeda terrorists," said House Resources Committee Chairman James V. Hansen, Utah Republican. "Both believe they are the sole proprietor of truth and righteousness. Both believe they have the right to impose their concepts of truth and righteousness on society. Both attack people who they think they have violated nature's or God's law," he said. "Both hate Americans because we are free to make our own decisions," Mr. Hansen added. Some environmental activists seem to invite such comparisons with statements that appear to support the Islamic terrorists who executed the September 11 airline hijackings and attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

Bump.

Thanks for the flag. I read this yesterday at the WT site and wondered why it hadn't been posted to FR yet.

It is national as they are "sandwiching it in" with the ads for their other sandwiches.

The two vegie ladies just happened to call to talk to my wife. She was a little under the weather, and I talked to them.

I mentioned that I had seen the tv ads, and they both volunteered that they had received word from apparently the Peta special BK site about the new Peat Moss thing. So they decided to try it.

They both hated it, and they don't know each other. So the first reports are good for our side.

I'm afraid that each BK Franchise will have to buy a certain amount each month as part of the bribe deal. Even if they don't these things to the food collections/eating places for the poor from lack of sales, Peta will make money from BK and the manufacturer of these Peat Moss things!

"I have to ask, 'Where's the suffering?'" Mr. Barbarash said. "Where are the people being tortured and killed?
Good question.
You can look at the right wing — at the abortion-doctor killings, at the Olympic Park bombing — these are attacks that should be considered terrorism."
I believe you've answered your own question, maybe without even realizing it. Aren't the unborn children "people" too?
I love the way you try to equate and legitimize the actions from a "certain perspective" and the attempt to impugn all on the right wing.
Guess what...I think you're just a little warped in your perspectives.
Later...
Phil
P.S. You can respond here anytime you choose Mr. Barbarash. I somehow doubt that you will though.

The Media likes to harp on "right wing" terrorists who bomb abortion clinics. When was the last time an abortuary was bombed? How often does it happen? Once every 10 years?

Left wing terrorists bomb on a weekly basis in the USA, but we hardly hear about it, and when one does hear about them, they are never called "left wing".

Congress is considering legislation that would, among other things, place ecoterrorists under the racketeering act.
POD, FINALLY!! Thanks for the post! Peace and love, George.

It is worth noting that alf/elf (same faces, different hat du jour) seldom take responsibility for their actions until several days after an event. Some have suggested that they are meticulously avoiding accountability when lives are lost or serious injuries occur. I wonder how a truthful list of their atrocities would read.

"I have to ask, 'Where's the suffering?'" Mr. Barbarash said.

How about the loss of jobs for starters and a business that had contributed to the city with taxes as well as service to the public.

The Pond Foundation and the Helen Brach Foundation are directly and indirectly part of United Nations Agencies. If anyone can find out if either of these foundations benefit from U. S. Government Grants however circuitously given them, please let us know.

PETA should be outlawed for any number of reasons. "Mainstream environmental groups like the Wilderness Society and Sierra Club have condemned the ecoterrorists' tactics." These folks are also, whether they know it or not, playing right into the hands of the eco-terrorists. Elf, ALF and PETA must be destroyed by giving members caught doing their domestic terrorist acts, a minimum of ten years in prison...no if and or buts. People belonging to these organizations should be required to have their names published and the moneys given, published for all to see with who gave what and if they encourage minors to help them, this is child abuse, prosecutable in a court of law. Find out if your congressman/woman or senators have pandered in anyway to any of these groups for Al Gore type votes.
