I also have a problem with the belief that "if a black person hasn't done it yet, it's a barrier and, therefore, an obvious instance of discrimination."
Sorry, I shouldn't have been so abrupt. And I do agree with your statement about how if someone of color hasn't achieved or won something, it is because of the color of their skin.
