Anyway, Blake got me thinking. In the Bible, Revelation Chapter 13, it talks about a woman who was sheltered in the wilderness to avoid persecution from Satan...

5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.
6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

Is that woman Israel (Jesus, the man child) and is the wilderness the USA?

It is chapter 12, not 13. The woman is Israel, the wilderness is (IMHO) eastern europe, and other remote areas such as Yemen or Morocco or Turkey, where she was sheltered during the 1260 years, but if the USA fits, wear it...

Jesus is the manchild, the great Dragon is Satan but that is also a symbol for Islam's immediate parent and precursor, who in Ch 13 gives his power to the 7-headed leopard beast, which IS Islam.
