I have specifically said the government should open relations so that US companies and entrepreneurs could do business if the choose so. That is called capitalism. The current situation is not capitalism. I have also said that travel should be open.

Here's a question for you, if we could get some leverage or concession with the Castro regieme, would you provide taxpayer's money for that.
