A point of discussion that has been totally missed about the "suicide bombers" is this: Why must they kill themselves to set the bombs off and kill Israelies? The answer is quite simple. They not only want to kill Israelies but at the same time "make martyrs" of the Palestinians that carried the bombs. It would be very easy to drop a sachtel bomb and run but a few tens of feet to escape the blast. The carriers of the bombs die because that is what their leaders want. The reason is it kills Jews and inflames the passions of the Palestinians.

PS I am a supporter of a truly independent Palestinian State side by side with Israel and totally free of Israeli influence and control. It is a solution. With a truly seperate Palestinian State they would have the chance and motive to live in peace and if they choose not to they have at the same time chosen to die.

Hell, YES! Reward murderous terrorists by showing them that if they off enough civilians in a particularly brutal manner, they can get what they claim they want!
