Also an hour after Ted was in hospital, a fireman saw the fire in the wastebasket and he was going to go and put it out (it was minor) and the police would not let him. This proves that Ted's fire did not burn the place down.

We just learned today that it has been said that Mr. Safra had been cremated and that is why the closed casket and the brothers not allowed at the funeral.
Obviously that fireman must be deposed at trial.
And we know why the Black Widow had Edmond cremated.
Monaco director of juridical services Patrice Davost thinks he can lead Griffith on with assurances he'll be allowed to participate in Ted's defense--then exclude him as per the appellate proceedings.
It's certain that Monaco doesn't want Griffith's fire expert to tear apart the official coverup and expose the multiple sources of ignition.
Monaco cannot even explain how the fire report states firemen were not able to break through the bulletproof glass--but the videotape on Dateline NBC for November 21, 2000, "Who Killed The Billionaire?" shows a hole in the glass, and the fire report contradicts itself with a description by the investigators of a hole of 20cm (8in) in diameter. After the intruders set the multiple points of ignition, they ventilated the blaze with a hole in the glass--but how. Ted recently saved a man in prison by giving him mouth to mouth. He has a reaction to a pill. He called the guards and they would not come. Ted kept calling and calling and they would not respond. After about 30 minutes they came and then rushed the man to the hospital. Ted saved his life. The man is now back in prison and is with Ted.
