Just because men do it...some men that is....does not men women should emulate them....the consequences are by their very nature greater for women. Men who take advantage of slutty girls are by my reckoning boorish at best.
That is exactly what is going on here, look at the advestisements on the NCAA Basketball Tournament with a female soldier shooting a rifle she will only fire on duty protecting a parking gate as an MP since she cannot go in combat.
We teach these girls that they are just the same as boys and are shocked that the behave like the men sexually.
