Odds are she will be arrested too for not having a permit...
The lady was in her own home, defending herself -- and was properly licensed for firearms. That's probably the only reason she hasn't been arrested yet. I'm sure the D.A. is trying to figure out a way to prosecute her anyway. We'll see....
