He doesn't live in a vacuum, buddy. The advice and counsel around him affects him just as it does anyone in such a position. He needs solid, able, conservative advisors, and from what I've seen of his actions on the domestic front he is getting the wrong advice from the wrong people. If he truly believes the amnesty and all of these home front things are peachy and wonderful then he needs some folks around him to challenge the hell out his ideas because he's walking down Democratic Avenue tossing out prizes and favors to the wrong crowd.

he's walking down Democratic Avenue tossing out prizes and favors to the wrong crowd. No argument there...buddy. I'd add that Republican Avenue is the same damn street, with nothing different but the sign. You'll find that at the end of his reign that Bush has sold out every principle you hold dear.
The checklist so far:
Bill of Rights - on the way out.
Open borders - on the way in.
National ID - here by 2004.
War - plenty of it.
