This European Force of the EU with the involvement of Solano is going to create big problems.....all the secrecy that surrounds all this garbage. And, they are attempting to make NATO meaningless [that's fine in my book], but the secrecy thing is a big issue with me--because it involves maintaining secrecy even where 3rd parties are involved--and this means the US.
