Hi, Im new here kinda, been lurking a bit LOL. If anyone knows teacup I am her daughter. Anyways on this story I have been following it. My opinion is the killer is responsible to her death and kidnapping. I think there is alot more to the story also. The thing is this. Danielle was not the only 7 yr old girl in the neighborhood. In fact her friend was there and wanted to play with her that morning right? So why danielle? Maybe because the killer knew she was the easiest target having parents who did not watch her? Whoever took her and killed her (if not the parents) had intimate knowledge of their life and schedule and had been scoping it for sometime, and felt comfortable enough to go into her room and snag her, knowing it wouldnt be difficult and he would most likely be undetected. I know for me having 4 kids, anyone scoping us would move onto the next home. Upon any slight investigation theyd know we have a gun, and never leave the kids unattended. I also check on them several times a nite, and am not known to go out and paint the town red, bring home strangers, while telling my kids not to talk to strangers. Its ineffective parenting to contradict your actions like that. Kids know, they watch and learn from their parents. Itll be interesting in the trial to hear the statements their other kids gave police that apparently impeach their parents testimony.

Welcome to FR ---glad you stopped lurking. I wonder if the party got loud at certain times and woke the kids up. Maybe Danielle wasn't even in the house when she was taken, maybe she was out walking around and got picked up by someone who didn't know the family or their wild ways.
