California Child Welfare Act provides and is mandated to provide the following requests made by Douglas Pierce:
1. IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF THE REMAINING van DAM CHILDREN.
2. TEMPORARY CUSTODY TO GRANDPARENTS.
3. IMMEDIATE GRIEF COUNSELING FOR CHILDREN.
THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS BY DOUGLAS PIERCE, IN THE C.P.S. REPORT (I DIRECTLY PLEA WITH THE van Dam PARENTS TO PLEASE LET YOUR TWO REMAINING CHILDREN TO GO HOME WITH GRANDPARENTS) (A DANGEROUS LIFESTYLE IN THE van Dam HOME EXISTS, ALL CHILDREN ARE TO BE CONSIDERED IN DANGER.) (ADULTS LIFESTYLE AND THE SHAME OR MORAL JUDGMENT THAT MAY COME SHOULD BE SECONDARY TO THE WELFARE, AND RETURN OF DANIELLE, OR ANY OR ANY CHILD IN DANGER.)

And coyote ugly - when you wake up in the morning, partner is asleep on the arm, and the individual is so bad you chew off the arm rather than awaken them.
And yet one more definition...... I believe it was the father (Damon) who made a similar statement. He said, "I knew somthing bad had happened". He had a hard time keeping control of his emotions. However, he did make the statement and it stunned me when he said it. All I could think of was - HOW did he know something bad had happened?? I think both the parents know a lot more than they're telling. I think the mom had more of a relationship with the accused than both are telling.
Yeh. He knows. He's covering for his wife.
