Its like Red and Blue America deciding they can no longer live in the same house and its time to move apart No, it's like Americans and (English-speaking) Canadians. More importantly, it's like Austrians and Germans -- two independent states, two royal families. The only way Serbia and Montenegro can be in the same house is if Montengrins accept that their homland is Serbia as well, and Montenegro a region in it. That would never happen. And even then, it would be difficult (look at Voyvodina and its insane way of thinking).

I fancy doing some fishing on Skadarsko Jezero. Then again, I seem to recall that the Germans used it as a toxic waste dumping ground. Money talks.
