CHARLESTON - After two hours of debate, mostly from the opposition, the West Virginia House of Delegates passed SB 283, creating a women's right-to-know act, Friday night.
The 75-45 vote for passage took place before a delegate from Charleston, Rebecca Matthews, was declared out of order for a personal attack on House Majority Leader Rick Staton, D-Wyoming. Matthews, who was among leaders in support of the informed consent bill, was ordered to relinquish the floor by House Speaker Bob Kiss, D-Raleigh.

This was students? Then it's probably the Right To Know who the father is.
When it comes to the debate about abortion, the No-Nothings here have evidently been living under a rock--or they think it's cute to pretend so. "Women's Right-to-Know" is code. It refers to a growing number of state laws requiring abortionists to provide prospective clients with state-supplied information about abortion and alternatives to it, usually several hours or more before killing their unborn children.

I honestly had no idea what this "right to know" stuff was. Of course they have the right to know without anyone passing a law saying that they do.
Does this mean that abortion providers are forced to give abortion seekers anti-abortion literature ? From the way you described it that's what it sounds like.
So are adoption services forced to give pregnant woman literature on abortion ?

Like I said, they think it's cute to feign ignorance. But . . . uh, it's not. It's kinda disgusting.
