I was trying to back you up, when you responded to the guy who said it sounded like an urban legend. Yeah, there was an "AIDS Mary" UL years before we heard of people acting it out...But more and more, you read about even the sickest, vilest ULs "inspiring" real life reenactments. Case in Point : Elizabeth Renee Otte. There's a lot of sick people out there.

Many people don't WANT to know. Some go to an amazing amount of trouble not to know. Unfortunately, they are just the ones who drop into serious Blood Trail discussions and put their ignorance on display.

I'm just referring to the "scheme". Several thousand people got aids in similar ways here in the US because inadequate screening of blood allowed them to receive tainted transfusions. Sounds like the Chinese were too cheap to change out the needles and used them over and over. I wouldn't call it a scheme, but just being cheap and ignorant. As for the Hitler/Stalin reference, you stepped way overboard with that one. My grandfather was one of the GIs in Germany that saw that inhumanity first-hand, so don't give me that line of crap. This is a totally different situation.
