Wonder if she'll get his subscription to "Harvard Business Review"?

The bombshell from this whole story that is being under-reported is that apparently interview subjects all get to edit and change their own interviews before publication.

Welch has been lionized as a paragon of success. We now learn that he's just another selfish, scummy adulterer.

And Jac the knife Nasser redux as well. Jac, the White American hating ex-president & CEO of Ford Motor Company, was a disciple of Jack Welch's methods which included diversity quotas and attacks on old white males. Jac the knife was divorced by his wife, not because he was messing around, but because his big shot job was more important than her. I hope Mrs. Welch sticks it to Jack big time.

Hope the wife gets half the fortune. He'll be left with plenty.
How long would the reporter hang around him without money? Buh bye!

Jaq-ass Nasser ended his career an abysmal failure. Jack may have lost some of his luster, but he will have the best retirement of any CEO in the country.
The media may have loved Jack Welch, but my brother-in-law and the other engineers at GE couldn't stand him, one of the reasons that said engineers have left GE in droves.

The Business section of today's Las Vegas Review-Journal has an AP article about the Japanese buying Jack's autobiography in a quest to improve their economy. (I can't find it online.)
IMHO, they're wasting their yen.

,,, I'm picking Jack's business acumen ran out about the same time as the pre-nuptial and he's embraced the concept of redistributing his wealth [aka] how to turn a fortune into a half fortune. Jane's replacement is likely to halve that half again. It's a high price to pay for cooked meals.

I wonder how much Wetlaufer will want (if they get married) once they divorce? Will she be surprised when Welch cheats on her?
It has always amused me when the woman is so shocked that her husband, who left his wife for her, cheats on her.

The bombshell from this whole story that is being under-reported is that apparently interview subjects all get to edit and change their own interviews before publication. And the other under-reported bombshell is that Jack apparently wasn't the first to get the full Wetlaufer treatment.

Couldn't happen to a nicer guy!

Jack, you shouldn't have been reading the HBR,
Better to have watched Ally McBeal.
And learned, you're at the mercy of your "dumb stick."

I read on another forum that the 1st Mrs. Welch charged ol' Jack with 80 incidents of adultery when she divorced him in 1989 (I think that was the year.) I wonder why the 2nd Mrs. Welch is surprised? Or did she just wait for the pre-nup to expire before she made her move? If Ms. Wetlaufer becomes the 3rd Mrs. Welch, I wonder how long it will be before she finds him cheating again?
To: meandog
Here is a picture of Welch's new love, the editor. I saw a picture of his wife, the lawyer, earlier today, but I cannot find it now. Trust me -- these two ladies look a lot alike. But a smart business man like Welch should know that it is not smart to allow a lawyer to divorce you $$$.

I wonder what he'll run out of first, money or testosterone. Let's see, 1/2 to the n-th power is ...?

Maybe they will marry and spend their money on PI's to follow the other spouse around for years since they both cheat. Who needs major bucks after seeing what it does to ya. I'm fine the way I am, thank ya very much; poor and happy.

Personally, I'm trying to figure out why this woman would want Welch. It has to be the money, ewww!
To: pabianice
I agree with you. He was a success in business, but as a human, a BIG FAILURE!
JACK, YOU IDIOT!!! You just made the worst decision of your life! You could have gone out on top but instead, you are going out a LOSER!
