Sounds like the small-and-big-l libertarians on FR are being targeted by the NDIC. I'm sure the WoDers here will be thrilled.
1. previous drug offenders,
2. legalization advocates,
3. anarchists
4. and people promoting "an expanded freedom of expression" that pushes the boundaries of the First Amendment.
I guess 5 must be "Everyone else", just in case the first 4 missed anyone who might have something worth taking in a civil forfeiture.
My Seabee detachment is going to get busted the next time we do night ops. We have all sorts of similar drug paraphenalia, and guns too!
