I believe that one of the female judges who has hammered some of the good Klamath people, is married to a college professor who is a key card carrying enviral. She should never sit in on a case where the case upholds an enviral agenda.

I think that they should recuse themselves from any case where an enviral agenda is key to the case if they or their spouse are key envirals.

Wouldn't it require principles in order to do something like that? I'm afraid those go out the window for a just cause with some of these folks.
