Good Point. Although the crucified Jews were for the most part in Israel. I doubt there were many Jews in Kashmir which for back then would've been a world away.

Was Kashmir part of the Roman Empire of the time? Family could have taken the body of a crucified Jew back to a tomb in a different area. Now if the body showed signs of having survived a crucifixion and then healed, it would raise a bigger controversy. But again I've heard that sometimes the Romans would release crucified people who survived for some number of days.
