The host seemed to think it would be great for pilots to arm themselves, but he obviously thought that the average citizen arming themselves will cause more death and crime. He also pulled the "Japan" card, right out of the NYT article. He was NOT pleased when I pointed out that Japan has twice as many suicides (gun and non-gun combined) as the US while they only have half the number of people we do. Then when he pointed out that they have very little crime, I pointed out that they are essentially a police nation etc...that was when the host decided to abruptly end the interview! I know what list to put him on!
