I believe the emphasis here should be on the phrase ”white man.”after all he is not a minority so therefore does not have the same rights.

It will be interesting to see if that aspect, him being white, of the case will come up in the trial.

I suspect that he being homeless had a lot more to do with it than race. IMHO

Well, it would not surprise me at all that if the left makes any issue of this, it will key on the fact that he was homeless. They at least could potentially salvage some reason to confiscate more of our money for that minority group.

My point is that in many of the inner city black neighborhoods there is not only dislike for the white man, but real active hatred. There won’t be any talk of this being a hate crime, but the event will be construed as being an accident. But how do we really know that this person did not in fact intentionally hit this guy because he was a white man in a black neighborhood.
