Well argued. But just another thing to add, she was, according to media reports, also a "nurses aid", and therefore would be even more qualified than the average person to know that the man wouild die if he was left there.
In addition the police accounts told that she seemed utterly detached as she recounted the story, she had sex with her boyfriend after the event and she laughed about it as she recounted it to her friends. Thus showing her total callous disregard for the suffering and death of this man which she caused.
I bet if they go for the death penalty they'll get it.
Thanks. But I did touch on what you commented above. Apparently, I lacked your clarity (something I am so prone to doing). What you wrote is what I meant when I said :
"Take that "reasonable person" standard and then couple it with someone whose occupation is in the medical field, i.e., a nurse's aid, such as this monster was.....it goes way beyond what a "REASONABLE PERSON" would know what to do. . ."
