Well, I feel better now. After being ignored by the Web all these years, I finally got a bug. This virus came to me a few days ago, and I remember seeing it was an .exe just before I deleted it unopened. It wouldn't have worked on me anyway. Have you noticed most viruses like this are written for Microsoft Outlook? Agent has been my email software for years, and is sufficiently obscure (so far) that no one bothers to write bugs for it. Works for me.

Someone sent me that one, too. I use Eudora, so it wasn't a problem for me, either. I guess whoever wrote it was counting on the combination of Outlook's bang-up security and the technical expertise of the average MS user to help it spread.
