It seems to me that carpet bombing works.
Yes it can be annoying, but still, it gets the laggards to reach into their pockets and give.
I believe the reason the last two freepathons went so fast was due to the pressure of bombing.
That is why the best salesmen are also the most persistant.

I had a number of people freepmail me to say"OK, I give up, I am sending money now". They know they should but unless we beat them senseless with a barrage of pleas, it is very slow going.

Why drag it out?

The ones who use our pleas as an excuse to complain and/or not give are freeloaders and useless anyway. No great loss.
