I simply cannot believe that this woman has been released on bail. She should be looking at being behind bars the rest of her life. Our justice system has completely broken down, it no longer serves to protect law-abiding people from criminals and terrorists.

White NYC Cop Schwartz just made bail after nearly three years in jail on a civil rights charge -- he was convicted of being in the restroom while white Officer Volpe sodomized a black man, Mr. Louima, with a broomstick. A Federal Judge ruled last week that there were too many improprieties in the trial angainst Schwartz.

The most likely thing is that Louima mistakenly ID's Schwartz because Schwartz looks like another officer who may have been in the room while or just after the sodomy. Racial tensions were high and flagged on by evil men such as Sharpton. Schwartz was scapegoated.

Anyway -- my point -- after being imprisoned in solitary (for his safety) for thirty plus months after being improperly convicted for merely being a witness to a sodomy -- not a murder -- the bail judge set bail a $1,000,000, and Schartz's mother-in-law had to put up her home as collateral against the bail bond.

Here we have a heinious murder of a white man and the black woman is let go on a signature against a $10,000 bail, and her black boyfriend isn't even charged.

Racism is sick a great perverter of justice, and "Hate" crimes fan it.
