I think the clock on the security camera was not programmed correctly in the computer.

The chances that the plane would strike at 9:37 and the police catalouging would be at 5:37 are not good.

Officials could not immediately explain why the date typed near the bottom of each photograph is Sept. 12 and the time is written as 5:37 p.m.

The time on the bottom of the photo is "Zulu time" aka GMT.

Actually, at 9:37 a.m. in Washington on September 11, it was 5:37 p.m. on September 12 in Moscow, Nairobi and Jeddah. Coincidence?
