They share their Jihad/Fatwah philosophy with al Qaeda. I doubt if many will surrender. They might be captured, but surrender willingly? I doubt it--Arafat and his terrorist buddies have conditioned them from birth on to die willingly.

(19:20) Police chase suspected terrorist
Police officers are currently chasing a suspected terrorist in Jabal Mukabar, an Arab village southeast of Jerusalem, Israel Radio reported.
The suspect, who is possibly wearing an explosive belt, ran into the basement of a house in the village. Police asked the family living in the house to evacuate the premises. The owner, a lawyer, has refused, apparently fearing police will cause the entire building to explode.
The incident may be tied to the earlier terrorist attempt at the Caffit cafe in Jerusalem's German Colony

Paradise in one or two sentences of legislation.
