Conservatives are caught by surprise because they see progressives as merely misguided, when in fact they are fundamentally misdirected.

If every Conservative understood the above fact, the "Long March" of these progressives could be halted. Every time I hear a Conservative say: " ... their intentions were good, but ... " I want to scream. Their intentions are NOT good - they are purposefully deceptive to minimize opposition to their schemes.
